Diversity improves performance and multiplies success
I am the alumnus of Communication Management programme of the Baltic Film, Media, Arts and Communication School at Tallinn University. Before applying I outlined priorities for me and found out that the course was the best fit to them.
Fortunately, as the graduate of the university can admit that the programme has broadened my vision and opportunities in life. It prepared me to work in different positions would it be communications, marketing, PR and so forth by providing classes responsive to the requirements and challenges globalization has brought in today鈥檚 life. I鈥檝e learned how to be a decision maker, reliable team player, how to manage internal and external communication of an organization. I have understood that diversity improves performance and multiplies success and that the success itself begins at the end of the comfort zone.
Tallinn University is a place where you have a chance of getting an affordable, high-quality education. TLU provides a lot of interesting programmes to learn and prepares for new challenges one can meet after graduation. I like the school鈥檚 orientation on internalization which is very important in today鈥檚 globalized world. In addition to that, I look at Estonia as a leader in innovation and communication in Europe which are the key drivers of today's world will it be public or private.
