Learning Agreement for Traineeships is a form where (1) the student, (2) TLU Departmental Erasmus+ Coordinator and (3) the representative of host organisation agree on the contents and duration of the traineeship. Learning Agreement has to be signed before the beginning of the traineeship abroad (or before graduation in case of Recent Graduate Traineeship) and it is a prerequisite for a scholarship contract between the student and TLU (Senior) Specialist of International Studies, which in turn is followed by the scholarship payment to the student/recent graduate.

Scanned signatures are accepted on the Learning Agreement, and the duly signed Learning Agreement has to be sent by email to TLU. The Learning Agreement will be sent to the student by the International Studies (Senior) Specialist after they have submitted the application for the Erasmus+ traineeship.
