• TRAINING DEED – Continuing Education course “Class Teacher at 1st School Stage”

This is training where first school stage teachers without professional training can obtain didactic knowledge necessary for class teachers. The training is extensive, intensive and involves a large number of academic staff members. The created training fills a void that has been pointed out by educational institutions for a long time.

• TRAINING DEED – development programme aimed at general and vocational education institution heads of studies titled “Leadership at a school that supports learning”.

The development programme covered various topics (e.g. learning and development, evaluating, leading and driving changes) as well as diverse learning methods (study tours, case studies, work shadowing, independent work, etc.).

The aim of Samsung Digital Passport was to develop the digital skills of the vocational students and social competences necessary in all job positions. 

Samsung Digital Passport has also gained positive attention in Europe – the European Commission selected it from 250 candidates as one of the top 4 programmes, which were submitted for the first European digital skills prize in the category of digital skills of employees.

The aim of the Nature Academy is to expand children’s knowledge, develop their sense of nature and show connections between nature’s processes and daily activities using creative activities. Nature Academy targets kids aged 8-12.

The pre-school for doctoral studies of the School of Social Work runs for one semester and helps future doctoral students identify how their personal interests fit with the content of the doctoral studies. This innovative continuing education project helps reduce the risk of cancelling the studies, strengthen cooperation with supervisors, raise the student’s awareness of the doctoral thesis topic positioning and pass the doctoral studies within the nominal period.
