Introduction

My themes for collaboration include sustainable education and universities, sustainable businesses and organisations, horisontal green skills and competence building, lifelong learning programmes, climate and innovation awareness, as well as educational, social scientific, and innovation and research policy studies.
I am a visiting researcher in sustainable education, a research team member of SustainERA, and the collaboration head of Cluster KEKO. Previously, I led the Tallinn University Open Academy. I have experience working in both the private and public sectors, including roles at Technopolis Group, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, and the Estonian Academy of Sciences.
Additionally, I serve as a member of the steering committee of the European Universities Continuing Education Network (EUCEN) and collaborate with the European Future Innovation Systems Centre (EFIS).
