Introduction

Eveli Ojam盲e-Veider has completed both her bachelor's and master's degrees in law at the University of Tartu and also holds a master's degree in organizational behavior from Tallinn University. She has worked as a lawyer and manager at the Labour Inspectorate, as a senior lawyer at the Tax and Customs Board, and as an HR lawyer at the University of Tartu. In addition, she has conducted numerous courses and training sessions in labor law. Since 2012, Eveli Ojam盲e-Veider has been the Head of the Personnel Office at Tallinn University, and since 2021, she has served as the Human Resources Manager, being responsible for the strategic management and development of the university鈥檚 HR function.
