Introduction

Kristi Klaasm盲gi graduated from Tallinn University with a degree in administrative management. She has worked in the field of education development and management both in Estonia and abroad. From 2003 to 2011, she worked at the Institute of International Education with the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program, and from 2013 to 2021, she led the Noored Kooli Foundation. Since 2021, Kristi Klaasm盲gi has been the Vice-Rector for Educational Innovation at Tallinn University, responsible for developing university education and shaping teacher training based on both current expectations and future competencies.
