My research focuses on developing technology-enhanced learning solutions, particularly in the context of workplace learning. My specialization includes voice-controlled auditory learning, augmented reality (AR), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. Currently, I am working on creating an adaptive and inclusive learning tool aimed at improving the onboarding process for new employees in correctional services, providing personalized, accessible, and engaging learning environments. My goal is to address challenges related to employee retention, motivation, and onboarding in a complex and high-stress environment.
