On 20 April, Dr. Margarida Marques, Portuguese Secretary of State for European Affairs will visit Tallinn University to give the lecture about "Empowering Youth to Renew the European Union". 

The lecture is open to everyone who wishes to attend and takes place from 16:30 to 18:00 in room S-403.
